Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to facilitate sessions aimed at improving clients' emotional and psychological well-being.

• Provide ongoing consultation and support to clients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on feedback and progress.

• Document all client interactions thoroughly, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records in compliance with industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with a diverse range of clients, including children and adolescents, who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and many other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited university.

• An active and valid license to practice as a mental health professional (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD) within the state of New York, allowing for the provision of unsupervised therapy services.

• At least two years of experience delivering clinical psychotherapy to adults, with demonstrated ability to effectively address a range of mental health conditions.

• Strong skills in intake assessments, diagnosis, and ongoing treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to USD 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
