Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client's mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapy services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing techniques drawn from cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and other modalities as appropriate.

• Collaborate seamlessly with an interdisciplinary team, ensuring that care is coordinated and holistic, thus enhancing the therapeutic experience for clients.

• Provide urgent crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, demonstrating professionalism while utilizing your training to de-escalate high-stress situations.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness, focusing on stigma reduction and education about available resources.

Our clientele consists of a diverse array of individuals dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active independent license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity, essential for effective interaction with clients from various demographics.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills for accurate documentation and timely follow-ups on client progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n
