Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist at LifeStance Health, you will take on several critical responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.
• Providing individual therapy and couples therapy to adults and children, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs.
• Monitoring client progress regularly and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and community resources to enhance client care and wellness.
• Documenting all clinical sessions accurately and maintaining compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and contribute to the growth of the therapeutic team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse population, including adults, children, and adolescents facing a wide range of mental health issues. You will engage with clients who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or life transitions. Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Must be a fully licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Washington.

• A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in the mental health field, particularly providing therapy to children, adolescents, and couples.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

LifeStance Health offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and productivity. Our compensation package includes:
