The clients you will be serving at Better You Mental and Wellness Center are stable adults who have been carefully screened before accessing services. All clients are categorized as low acuity, guaranteeing a focused environment that prioritizes their developmental needs without the complexities associated with severe mental health issues. You will have the autonomy to select clients whose backgrounds and needs align with your specialties, ensuring fulfilling and impactful counseling relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must be fully licensed and in good standing to practice independently without supervision in the state of New Jersey. Acceptable licensure includes:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
\n

• Strong interpersonal skills, a compassionate nature, and a commitment to client-centered care are essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience and working hours.
