Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, reflecting our commitment to providing flexible working arrangements that accommodate both our therapists and the diverse needs of our clients. As part of our telehealth framework, you will engage with clients through digital platforms, delivering therapy that is both accessible and effective. The work schedule is primarily Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments that recognize and appreciate each patient’s unique experiences, cultural backgrounds, and personal challenges.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet the individual needs of clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on healing, social connection, and skill-building to foster resilience among patients.

• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated support for each client’s mental health treatment.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing mental health emergencies, employing effective de-escalation techniques.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their mental health journeys.

• Maintain meticulous documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and cultural competency training sessions to enhance your skills and the collective knowledge of our team.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current state licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT, ensuring compliance with Massachusetts regulations.

• A strong understanding of mental health disorders, treatment approaches, and a commitment to cultural competence in delivering therapy.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy, particularly within diverse and inclusive therapeutic settings.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
