This position is remote, allowing for flexibility in scheduling while remaining connected to school environments. You will work closely with school administrators, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to meet the diverse needs of students. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health issues and challenges, identifying their strengths and available resources.

• Offer individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care approaches.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to students' unique needs, setting clear goals and interventions that promote their emotional well-being and academic success.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, teachers, and school counselors to ensure coordinated care and holistic support.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning for students experiencing acute emotional distress or safety concerns.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation, and support groups, helping students develop coping skills and connect with peers in a supportive environment.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse group of students facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Understanding the unique pressures that students encounter, especially in a school setting, you will be integral in providing supportive counseling and interventions that help them thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
