Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and forming constructive therapeutic relationships while upholding ethical standards and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress and discuss stability, upcoming appointments, and discharge plans when suitable.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized, client-centered treatment plans, adjusting these as needed based on client feedback and progress.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client, using electronic health record systems to ensure compliance and facilitate care continuity.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and inform appropriate treatment strategies.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision meetings to reflect on clinical progress and enhance professional development.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including other healthcare providers, to deliver coordinated and holistic care.

• Adopt a growth mindset, welcoming feedback and continually seeking ways to expand clinical knowledge and skills.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
