Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring that therapy plans are tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities to guide clients towards their therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate ongoing communication with peers regarding treatment strategies, assessment results, and overall care outcomes through regular team meetings and documentation.

• Manage case coordination by collaborating with other health care professionals and community resources to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment processes, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a diverse clientele, including adolescents and adults from various backgrounds. The therapy provided will address a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will require a strong commitment to understanding the unique cultural and contextual factors that influence each client's situation.

Qualifications\n

• All candidates must possess valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of New Jersey.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required for this position.

• Availability to provide between 10 to 40 hours of clinical services weekly, with flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client needs and your availability.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating an ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Prior experience in an outpatient clinical setting, with familiarity in telehealth practices and virtual therapy delivery preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additionally, benefits include:
