Account Manager We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (English/Spanish) Account Manager to join our team based in Miami. This is a dual-role position that combines account management - building and maintaining strong client relationships - with business development - proactively driving new revenue opportunities in a competitive market. What you'll do Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities. Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities across regional and international markets. Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet company revenue goals. Utilize CRM platforms to track leads, client interactions, and sales performance. Collaborate with internal departments to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. Provide accurate forecasts, reports, and insights to leadership on market trends and business activity. Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and conferences (travel up to 30%). What You'll Need Minimum 3 years of experience in both account management and business development, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector. Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written). Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
