Work Environment\n

As a remote position, this role allows for a flexible work schedule, enabling mental health professionals to balance their personal and professional lives effectively. While you will primarily work from home, you will also have opportunities to engage with our outpatient office team in Plano when needed. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs. Our focus on providing minimal paperwork means you can dedicate more time to direct client interaction.

Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client’s unique situation.
