Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Phoenix Rising Counseling Center, you will work with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Our community focus means you will often collaborate with schools to provide effective therapy funded by educational institutions, allowing for greater support of students' needs. Qualifications\n

• A master's level degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or equivalent, valid in Massachusetts.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adults, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
