Work Environment

The work setting is an onsite rehabilitation facility, designed to cater to the needs of patients recovering from various musculoskeletal conditions. Our clinic features state-of-the-art equipment and therapy tools to ensure effective treatment. Working in a structured environment from Monday to Friday, with typical hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, the Physical Therapist will have access to necessary resources and strong team support, ensuring a fulfilling and productive workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual patient assessments.
• Administer hands-on therapy sessions, engage in therapeutic exercises, and provide comprehensive patient education about exercises and rehabilitation protocols.
• Manage a patient load of three adult clients per hour, predominantly within the age range of 40 to 65, addressing a variety of conditions such as post-surgical recovery, arthritis, and sports-related injuries.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including medical doctors (MDs), occupational therapists (OTs), chiropractic doctors (DCs), nurse practitioners (NPs), and physician assistants (PAs) to optimize care delivery for each patient.
• Utilize CureMD EMR for precise documentation of patient progress, evaluations, and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with best practices in healthcare documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patient demographic primarily includes adults aged 40 to 65 who are seeking rehabilitation for a wide range of physical therapy needs. Our focus on this age group allows for specialized treatment strategies that cater to their unique rehabilitation challenges. As a Physical Therapist, you will play an essential role in empowering patients to regain mobility, improve function, and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Must possess an active or eligible New Jersey Physical Therapy license.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
• Proven clinical skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards in patient care.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient setting is highly desirable, providing you with the expertise needed to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
