Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' strength, mobility, and physical function to identify specific rehabilitation needs.
• Utilize advanced assessment techniques and diagnostic tools to develop effective treatment plans suited to individual patient goals.
• Implement personalized therapy regimens incorporating manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and specialized modalities.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation strategies, injury prevention, and develop home exercise programs to ensure continued progress.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation to track patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to optimize overall patient care and adjust treatment approaches based on patient response.
• Engage in ongoing communication with patients and their support systems, ensuring a clear understanding of treatment goals and expectations, contributing to a seamless rehabilitation process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and those managing chronic pain or other musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• Must hold a current state license as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent is required.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
