Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical limitations and pain levels, tailoring intervention strategies to their specific needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities aimed at improving movement and function.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises focused on enhancing strength, flexibility, and overall mobility.
• Utilize evidence-based manual therapy techniques to alleviate pain, reduce tension, and restore function.
• Regularly monitor and adapt treatment protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes and adjust for any new challenges that arise during therapy sessions.
• Document each patient's progress accurately in our EMR system, maintaining detailed records of treatment plans and adjustments.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your main focus will be patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries, including but not limited to sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. You will engage with a varied patient demographic, offering you opportunities to utilize your expertise in physical therapy to facilitate diverse recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• An active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on patient care experience in a similar outpatient environment.
• A strong foundation in manual therapy techniques and evidence-based practice.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, for efficient documentation and patient tracking.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a busy outpatient clinic with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Knowledge of advanced therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation technologies.
• Proven track record of successful patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
