Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical evaluations of patients to assess their mobility, strength, and functional abilities, ensuring personalized evaluations that inform therapy plans.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on individual patient needs, rehabilitation goals, and evidence-based practices.
• Provide therapeutic interventions including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to optimize recovery.
• Carefully document patient progress using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
• Engage in ongoing communication with patients and their families, providing educational resources and addressing concerns throughout the rehabilitative process.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff to design and facilitate comprehensive care strategies for patients with a multifaceted history.
• Participate in patient case reviews and team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to the continuous improvement of our rehabilitation protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting, showcasing familiarity with orthopedic conditions.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a strong foundation in evidence-based treatment methodologies.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) software; proficiency in using WebPT is considered a plus, enhancing efficiency in patient documentation.

Compensation and Benefits
