Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to determine clients’ mental health strengths, weaknesses, and individual needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each patient’s treatment plan.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other mental health professionals to ensure cohesive and coordinated care.

• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management, providing support and guidance throughout the process.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring the use of best practices that respond to the unique needs of each participant.

• Develop and regularly update personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team to align with patient goals and preference.

• Advocate for patients by helping them navigate the complexities of the mental health system, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights are respected.

• Lead therapeutic groups and psychoeducation sessions, along with assisting in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care post-treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
