Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Evaluating and treating patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic illnesses in a home care or clinical environment.
• Developing comprehensive and personalized treatment plans aimed at restoring function and enhancing mobility, utilizing diverse techniques such as exercise, therapeutic modalities, and hands-on manual therapy.
• Documenting patient treatments, responses to interventions, and tracking progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Regularly reevaluating patient progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary to meet the evolving needs of your clients.
• Introduction and fitting of assistive devices to aid patients in daily activities and mobility, ensuring appropriate use and understanding.
• Providing education and training to patients, caregivers, and family members on therapeutic procedures and the proper use of assistive modalities.
• Staying current with professional knowledge by participating in workshops, engaging with professional literature, and joining community health organizations.

Qualifications

The following qualifications are necessary for applicants:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related discipline.

Compensation and Benefits

Dreamer Physical Therapy offers a competitive yearly salary range of USD 100,000 to USD 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
