Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients' mental health goals.

• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in electronic health records (EHR) systems while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• Exceptional proficiency in technology, including familiarity with Google Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing for effective interaction with clients and the team.

• Professional demeanor displayed consistently in communications and presentations.

• Empathetic engagement abilities that build rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
