Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for individuals, ensuring that each client receives personalized care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support by designing pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.
\n
• Document all counseling sessions and treatment interventions promptly and in compliance with regulatory standards.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to identify client needs and enhance treatment effectiveness.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans, enhancing client engagement and compliance.
\n
• Contribute actively to licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that our clinic meets and exceeds industry standards.
\n
• Serve as a liaison among relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to improve client access to services.
\n
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain open channels of communication to fulfill contract standards.
\n
• Establish and maintain relationships with various agencies to promote and secure support for our programs.
\n
• Pursue ongoing professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and participating in relevant community activities.

• Exemplify and integrate the mission and values of QualiMed in all professional interactions and organizational activities.

• Complete additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to ensure the smooth operation of services.

The primary client base served by QualiMed includes individuals grappling with diverse mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and those with special developmental needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
