Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms experienced by clients.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their specific needs, goals, and preferences, employing a client-centered approach.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address client concerns effectively.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, fostering understanding and active participation in the therapeutic process.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimal outcomes and responsiveness to evolving needs.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and enhance treatment efficacy.

• Stay informed about advances in mood disorder research to continuously improve treatment methodologies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, assuring the integrity of client records.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging from USD $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
