Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client's unique circumstances and mental health needs.

• Develop detailed, individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices and modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques.

• Engage clients in regular therapy sessions, whether through teletherapy or in-person, allowing for flexible options based on accessibility challenges.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate therapeutic progress, establishing and adjusting goals collaboratively with clients as needed.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of sessions to ensure compliance with ethical standards and facilitate continuity of care.

• Participate in team meetings and professional development workshops, sharing insights and strategies with colleagues to enhance overall team effectiveness.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients who seek mental health support for various issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma recovery, and stress management. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
