Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices that are tailored to client needs and cultural backgrounds.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that address the specific goals and challenges faced by clients.

• Utilize telehealth platforms for remote sessions while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system, utilizing relevant software tools effectively.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including social workers and psychologists, to provide holistic care for clients.

• Participate in regular supervision and case consultations to enhance therapeutic skills and client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree from an accredited program in Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license.

• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong communication skills necessary for providing bilingual psychotherapy services.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a behavioral health setting, working with a range of age groups.

• Strong understanding and respect for cultural differences; ability to tailor therapy to meet diverse needs.

• Proficiency in using EHR software and Microsoft Office suite.

• Willingness to work at least two evenings per week and one weekend day.
\n
• Valid Driver's License and car insurance for occasional community engagements.

Preferred Experience\n

• Training in CBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR modalities.

• Specialization in areas like trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, grief and loss, or perinatal mental health.

• Experience providing short-term individual and group therapy.
\n
• Prior completion of Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) training.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, complemented by a signing bonus and performance-based incentives.
