Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing video conferencing software to ensure effective communication and engagement with clients.

• Stay abreast of the latest best practices and evidence-based interventions in behavioral health, applying this knowledge to improve therapy outcomes.

• Develop, implement, and regularly assess personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals.

• Accurately maintain documentation of client progress, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Work closely with team members, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatric providers, to deliver comprehensive and synergistic care to clients.

• Handle a high volume of cases efficiently while prioritizing tasks and delegating as necessary to maintain quality and responsiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on juvenile and young adult clients, addressing various behavioral health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning issues. Collaborating with families may also be part of your role when appropriate, as we believe family involvement can enhance therapeutic success.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• An active and valid license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and comfortable adapting to emerging technologies in therapy delivery.

• Ability to motivate and inspire clients while remaining enthusiastic and empathetic in all interactions.

• Strong clinical skills and capacity to build rapport and trust with a diverse client population.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and volume of caseload managed.
