Key Responsibilities\n

• Assist in triaging client needs and prioritizing tasks in a high-volume caseload environment while ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An active and unencumbered license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
