This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and the ability to support clients from the comfort of their homes, alongside occasional visits to our outpatient office in Veradale for team collaboration and training sessions. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with potential for evening shifts based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the treatment needs and personal goals of individuals seeking help for substance use disorders.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to foster recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves adults and adolescents coping with substance use disorders, including those facing co-occurring mental health challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present varying levels of need and recovery stages, requiring a counselor who can adapt techniques and approaches to fit individual circumstances effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT within Washington State.

• Comprehensive understanding of substance use disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, along with recovery-oriented care principles.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering both individual and group therapies within the context of addiction treatment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an empathetic approach to diverse client needs.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and related computer applications as part of daily practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
