This position is entirely remote, permitting you to connect with clients through telehealth technology. You will have a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the flexibility to adapt as necessary based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify and prioritize patients' needs, crafting tailored treatment plans to support their recovery journey.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy within individual, couple, and family sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups aimed at enhancing community and addressing prevalent mental health issues.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to provide holistic patient care and ensure continuity of treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention to clients during mental health emergencies, utilizing best practices to de-escalate situations and connect clients with appropriate resources.

• Guide clients through educational discussions about mental health conditions, treatment alternatives, and available community resources to enhance their understanding of their situation.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all documentation meets legal and ethical standards.

• Actively participate in regular case consultations and professional development opportunities to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
