Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic, and solution-focused approaches.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all documentation.

• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on client care strategies and share knowledge regarding best practices and recent developments in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse client population, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and substance use disorders. Many of our clients face disproportionate barriers to accessing mental health services; therefore, your understanding and sensitivity towards these challenges will be paramount in fostering a therapeutic alliance and establishing trust.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Oceanside Healing Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package.
