Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health conditions to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Provide tailored individual therapy using various evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others suited to client needs.

• Facilitate the establishment of therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress through ongoing evaluation and adjustment of treatment plans.
\n
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to offer virtual sessions for clients who prefer online consultations or face mobility or accessibility challenges.
\n
• Ensure that all client documentation, including treatment notes and progress reports, is accurate and completed in a timely manner to comply with ethical and clinical standards.

• Engage in professional development activities, including workshops, conferences, and peer supervision, to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on emerging trends and practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A relevant bachelor or master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and maintain a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients, underpinned by excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience showing empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and challenges.

• Proven organizational and time-management skills necessary for managing a diverse caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of specific therapeutic frameworks such as Mindfulness-Based Therapy or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a plus.
