Senior Enterprise Client Success Manager At Sprocket Sports, we’re building the operating system for youth sports, and we’re looking for a Senior Enterprise Client Success Manager who thrives on managing strategic relationships, leading high-performing teams, and delivering measurable impact for complex, enterprise-level accounts. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll lead a dedicated client pod supporting one of our largest enterprise accounts. Together with your high-performing team, you’ll partner with the client’s clubs to advance their strategic objectives, drive growth, and ensure consistent, impactful use of the Sprocket platform across their network. You’ll serve as both a strategic partner and a Sprocket platform expert, helping the client’s clubs standardize operations, run more efficiently, and grow their business. In addition to managing the overall enterprise relationship, you’ll own a book of individual clubs within the network, providing hands‑on support in the Sprocket system to configure, optimize, and solve challenges directly. You’ll collaborate closely with executives at both Sprocket and the client organization, as well as our Product team, to align priorities, deliver high‑value initiatives, and create exceptional experiences that strengthen the partnership. Here’s what that looks like: Serve as the senior relationship owner for one of Sprocket’s largest enterprise partnerships, fostering alignment, trust, and shared success. Manage a dedicated Client Success pod of 3–5 team members, delivering coordinated, high‑touch support to the client’s clubs and central leadership. Act as a Sprocket platform and technical expert, guiding the client in leveraging our capabilities to solve complex challenges. Manage your own book of individual clubs within the network, providing direct, hands‑on support in the Sprocket system to configure, optimize, and resolve challenges. Co‑create and execute account plans that advance the client’s strategic priorities while supporting Sprocket’s growth. Facilitate regular executive and operational touchpoints to ensure clarity, momentum, and measurable progress toward shared objectives. Champion network‑wide adoption of the Sprocket platform, ensuring consistent standards and empowering each club to operate at its highest potential. Oversee strategic initiatives, from process standardization and platform optimization to training and enablement programs, that unlock scalability and efficiency across the network. Monitor account health and proactively address emerging risks while identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and expand the partnership’s impact. Act as the voice of the client within Sprocket, influencing product roadmap and cross‑functional initiatives to deliver meaningful outcomes. What We’re Looking For 5+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or Enterprise Relationship Management (SaaS preferred). Experience leading teams and managing large, complex client relationships. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage both operational and executive stakeholders. Strong organizational and project management skills, with a track record of delivering on strategic initiatives. Ability to analyze client data, spot trends, and translate insights into action.
