Work Environment

This position requires working onsite at our fully equipped rehabilitation facility, where teamwork and communication are essential. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the individual goals and needs of each patient.
• Design and implement cost-effective treatment plans aimed at improving motion and mobility, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Develop personalized fitness and wellness programs tailored to the unique requirements of your patients.
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care, ensuring that every intervention is personalized and effective.
• Motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation process, encouraging them to reach their peak functional abilities.
• Promote a healthy lifestyle among clients by focusing on improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

• Monitor patient progress closely, documenting changes and adapting care plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic issues, including fractures, joint replacements, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Current, active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits
