Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children with developmental delays and their families.
\n
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP). This includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to monitor progress and outcomes.
\n
• Provide emotional support to families, equipping them with skills and strategies to aid in their child's development.
\n
• Develop strong, trusting relationships with children and families, fostering a positive, engaging learning environment.
\n
• Implement evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each child, ensuring adherence to Natural Learning Environment Practices.
\n
• Guide families in achieving their child’s developmental goals through tailored interventions and coaching techniques.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all Federal and State regulations related to early intervention services and ensure the health and safety of clients and staff.
\n
• Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in accordance with best practices and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with infants and toddlers facing developmental challenges. Your interventions will support not only the children but also their families, addressing emotional, social, and educational needs to help them navigate difficulties. The population we serve is diverse, and a commitment to understanding and honoring each family’s unique circumstances is essential.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work is required.
\n
• A valid license from the Department of Public Health, specifically as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed for client-based services.
\n
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage case loads.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration and service provision.

• Ability to adapt to various learning styles to meet the needs of children and families.
\n
• A deep commitment to engaging in Natural Learning Environment Practices.

• Bilingual abilities are encouraged to better serve diverse communities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
