Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, gathering relevant patient history, and collaboratively developing tailored treatment plans aligned with best practices.

• Delivering therapeutic interventions using various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adjusted to meet the individual needs and preferences of the clients.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring timely updates and responsiveness to patient needs.

• Engaging in weekly case consultations and peer reviews with colleagues to enhance service delivery and maintain high standards of clinical care.

• Providing education, resources, and ongoing support to patients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources that may be beneficial.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid state-issued license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
