Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of individuals seeking treatment for substance use disorders to establish their needs and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring that therapeutic interventions align with the latest research.

• Lead individual counseling sessions, employing techniques such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy to facilitate personal growth and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license to practice as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PSYD in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience.
