Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews.

• Create individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, and actively monitor progress through regular follow-ups and evaluations.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness approaches, to address a wide spectrum of mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and multidisciplinary team members to provide coordinated care that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.

• Respond to crises by delivering immediate interventions to clients in distress, employing therapeutic techniques to stabilize situations effectively.

• Engage in community outreach programs to enhance mental health awareness and provide educational resources that reduce stigma and promote understanding of mental health issues.

The clients we serve range from children and adolescents to adults of all backgrounds, many of whom face complex psychological issues. Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license in one of the following fields: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with diverse clients.

• A demonstrated commitment to cultural sensitivity, ensuring appropriate care for clients from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills, with an emphasis on accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
