Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Wednesday: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM Thursday: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM Friday: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM Saturday: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM Sunday: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‐related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, property concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report details according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter of the location. Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to deter unauthorized access, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations. Support daily operations by documenting observations, assisting with access control, and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed. Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of security‑related experience. Supervisory experience. Minimum age 21 years. Valid driver’s license required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Access control and badge experience preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles. High school diploma or equivalent. Background investigation as a condition of employment, in compliance with all applicable laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. Drug screen as a condition of employment to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
