Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, economics or 1+ year of experience within accounts receivable/ billing

Basic experience within Excel, Word, Outlook

Data entry experience

Day-to-Day Duties:

As an Accounting Clerk, you'll play a key role in supporting customers with duties including:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding company services.
• Prepare and deliver accurate customer quotes in a timely manner.
• Calculate service fees, costs, and pricing estimates.
• Create and submit customer bids within required deadlines.
• Generate, review, and distribute invoices upon project completion.
• Investigate and resolve customer questions related to billing and invoicing.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and job files.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and customer satisfaction.
• Handle confidential pricing and business information with discretion.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
