Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health status, identifying the most effective pathways for intervention.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to deliver treatment to individuals, families, couples, and groups, ensuring strategies are tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive client care plans that incorporate various aspects of mental and emotional health.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, trauma, and eating disorders, as well as those seeking support in relationship and family dynamics. Your ability to build trust and rapport with clients from varying backgrounds will play a crucial role in their therapeutic outcomes and overall satisfaction with the care they receive.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Colorado.
