Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education, training, and clinical experience to deliver comprehensive psychosocial assessments and independent diagnoses for students and families.

• Collaborate closely with students to create personalized treatment plans geared towards their mental health goals.

• Implement evidence-based interventions such as solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, and motivational interviewing to enhance patient engagement and treatment outcomes.

• Systematically monitor and document patient progress through telehealth sessions and in-person consultations, providing ongoing support and intervention as needed.

• Work with prescribing medical providers to manage psychotropic medications, ensuring students adhere to their treatment plans while monitoring for side effects and overall effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus primarily on students in various educational settings, from elementary through high school. You will address a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
