Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client, including creating pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment strategies.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in line with regulatory standards, completing progress notes, treatment updates, and session summaries as required.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and assessments to accurately identify client needs and track progress within the therapeutic process.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement effective positive behavior support plans, ensuring holistic approaches to treatment.

• Engage in ongoing participation in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing your expertise to uphold high-quality care standards.

• Act as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to ensure comprehensive support for each client.

• Establish and nurture strong communication channels with stakeholders to promote agency mission and values within the local community.

• Identify opportunities for community partnerships and funding sources to enhance service offerings and program accessibility.

• Commit to personal and professional development through attendance at conferences, workshops, and relevant task force participation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population facing varied mental health challenges, including those with substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and the impacts of acquired brain injuries. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a related mental health field is required.

• An active and independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in Washington State or willingness to obtain licensure, with costs covered by our organization.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
