Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and available support resources.

• Provide exceptional individual, family, and group therapy based on established evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals and interventions aimed at fostering client progress.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and continuity of services for clients.

• Maintain up-to-date, accurate records that comply with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups that empower clients and foster community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse population of children, adolescents, and families from various backgrounds, presenting a wide range of mental health challenges. As a Clinical Social Worker in our clinic, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and behavioral concerns. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
