Our school-based services are conducted via telehealth platforms as needed, allowing our LCSWs to work closely with students, educators, and families from a convenient setting. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting a structured but adaptable work rhythm that accommodates the needs of both our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the emotional and psychological needs of students, which includes interviews, diagnostic tools, and standardized assessment methods.

• Create individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, tailoring interventions to meet the unique requirements of each student.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, and family counseling to improve students’ emotional health.

• Utilize telehealth technologies to provide remote support and maintain regular check-ins with students and their families as needed.

• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, accurately documenting all interactions and treatment progress in electronic health records (EHR).

• Collaborate with educators, school staff, and parents to create a supportive network around students, facilitating referrals to additional services when necessary.

• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills and stay abreast of the latest research in mental health therapies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
