CGP: Senior Accounting Consultant

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Accounting Consultant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base pay rate of $70.00 to $80.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, including forecasting and reporting to ensure optimal liquidity.
- Handle equity transactions and other equity-related activities.
- Ensure all financial activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on consolidations and cash flow management.
- Demonstrate proficiency with large ERP system accounting software and advanced MS Excel.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show ability to prepare and review consolidated financial statements accurately.
- Monitor and manage cash flow effectively, including forecasting and reporting.
- Handle equity transactions and other equity-related activities proficiently.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies in all financial activities.
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
