Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload by establishing trust and rapport with each client to promote a therapeutic alliance that encourages openness and growth.

• Conduct regular sessions for progress assessments, ensuring that treatment plans are effective and tailored to the evolving needs of the client.

• Develop, implement, and actively monitor individualized treatment plans, focusing on client-centered approaches that empower clients in their own healing journey.

Qualifications\n
