Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct Risk Assessments: Evaluate clients for suicide risk and provide appropriate documentation to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Provide Crisis Intervention: Offer real-time support in crises, employing your skills in psychotherapy to address immediate mental health issues effectively.

• Collaborate with Care Teams: Work alongside physicians, nurses, and support staff to accurately diagnose and jointly manage psychiatric disorders across a spectrum of care.

• Create Treatment Plans: Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, adjusting interventions based on client progress and feedback.

• Document Patient Care: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure that all documentation adheres to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct Evaluations: Perform comprehensive mental health assessments, paying special attention to each client's history, including potential co-occurring disorders and substance abuse.

• On-call Services: Be available for emergency consultations during workdays to assist clients in urgent need.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
