Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing strong rapport and fostering positive relationships, while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Engage with clients through regular sessions to monitor their progress, discuss stability, prepare for upcoming appointments, and implement appropriate discharge planning when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans based on client needs, ensuring that all interventions are person-centered and effective.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes for each client, utilizing electronic record systems efficiently.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify clients' needs and goals effectively.
\n
• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
\n
• Engage in regular supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic support and care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Must possess an unrestricted, independent, current, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is essential.
\n
• Proficient in using computers and various software applications, including Excel spreadsheets and electronic health record (EHR) systems, such as RMS and Pimsy.

Preferred Experience\n

• Direct experience providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families in outpatient settings.

• A background in conducting intake assessments with a focus on getting to know clients for comprehensive treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, coupled with a Fee-for-Service model that guarantees earnings ahead of collections, ensuring you are compensated promptly. Additional benefits include:
