Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, using standardized screening tools and clinical judgment.

• Collaborate with clients to establish clear, measurable treatment goals and objectives tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Maintain careful documentation of clients' progress toward their treatment goals, ensuring that all records comply with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and community resources, including psychiatrists and social services, to create a comprehensive support network for each client.

• Engage with clients’ families, offering education and support that fosters understanding and active participation in the recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between $52,000 to $100,000 annually based on experience.
