This position is entirely remote, providing you with the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home in Corona, California, or anywhere suitable with reliable internet access. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients.
\n
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments, ensuring that they are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based counseling and therapy sessions via telehealth, focusing on fostering a supportive therapeutic alliance.
\n
• Document detailed clinical notes encompassing patient histories, assessments, treatment plans, and progress evaluations consistently and accurately.
\n
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care, sharing insights and strategies that address clients’ psychosocial difficulties and promote recovery.

• Educate family members and other team members on best practices and available resources to support clients’ therapy journeys effectively.
\n
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health practices, including trauma-informed care and culturally competent techniques.
\n
• Assist clients in accessing community resources and services that can provide additional support as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Telehealth Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Our diverse clientele allows you to leverage your expertise in providing culturally sensitive care that respects individual backgrounds and lived experiences. You will be particularly adept at navigating the complexities of crisis situations and intervening effectively when necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Valid licensure in the State of California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist.

• Demonstrated experience providing mental health counseling services, with a proven track record in a telehealth setting being a strong asset.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working with clients facing a variety of mental health conditions, including but not limited to substance use disorders, PTSD, domestic violence, and childhood trauma.

• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.

• Experience in crisis intervention and familiarity with crisis management protocols.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
