Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans for each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to individual client needs.

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, focusing on empowering clients through their therapeutic process.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to deliver holistic care that enhances client outcomes.

• Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation, reflecting client progress and compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in the state of Virginia.
