Job Responsibilities What Awaits You

• Conduct a variety of clinical laboratory tests, including but not limited to chemistry, hematology, and immunology, following established protocols.
• Evaluate test outcomes for precision, resolve discrepancies, and carry out routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of laboratory procedures, mentor new staff, and uphold high standards of laboratory quality.
• Ensure a safe and tidy work environment, adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health education, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Details

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
