Work Environment\n

This full-time position is entirely remote, providing the flexibility to manage your work hours while ensuring you meet the needs of your patients. Our clinic supports a structured schedule, typically running Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility required to optimize patient care. You will have access to advanced telehealth technologies and electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate seamless care delivery and documentation.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that evaluate patients’ psychological needs, symptoms, and histories to establish effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups tailored to varied mental health concerns, fostering a shared sense of community and peer support.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and resources during mental health emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required, while a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington State is mandatory.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
